The UK has a history of revival, now there are the whispers again of revival in the UK- 'The silent revival.' We say, "Do it again Lord, and use me."
Who is the school for?
This intensive mission school is for equipping disciples, empowering leaders. It is for aspiring missionaries, especially those who have a heart for the UK and Europe.
Prepare for your life to be transformed through amazing speakers and real life missionaries who give practical teaching on many mission focused topics including evangelism, healing and deliverance. Learn what true intimacy with God is like and your true identity. Understand how to work with Holy Spirit and put the Iris Values into practice to change your life.
You will have many opportunities to put into practice what you learn in outreach trips. You can also expect moments in the English countryside or by the beach in Wales, to follow the voice of God when He says "Come away with Me. Spend some time with me."
Part 1 - England
Training, Teaching and outreach in Glastonbury, UK for 5 weeks.
1st June - 6th July 2026
Arrive to Glastonbury 1st June ready to start school 7pm.
5 weeks of classes, prayer room, discipleship and practical outreach in Glastonbury, England
Alongside this, practical outreach in Glastonbury will give you opportunities to step out in faith, serve the local community, share the Gospel, and demonstrate the love of Christ.
Part 2 - Outreach
During this 10-day outreach, we will be traveling to another part of England to put into practice everything you have learned so far. This will be an intentional time of stepping out of the classroom and into real-life mission, allowing God to shape your character, strengthen your faith, and grow your heart for people.
Throughout these days, you will have the opportunity to serve communities, share the Gospel, pray for people, and demonstrate the love of Jesus in practical ways.
Part 3 - Wales
Revival training- Wales
Going to the revival sites and prayer room in Wales with incredible teaching on revival.
This revival training in Wales is an invitation to encounter God in a deeper way while learning about His heart for awakening and renewal. We will be visiting historic revival sites and spending time in prayer rooms, positioning ourselves to seek God with hunger.
Part 4 - Scotland

Final week in Scotland with graduation.
The final week of our journey will take place in Scotland, where we will gather for a powerful time of revival training and celebration. This week is a moment to reflect on all that God has done throughout the season, to receive final teaching and impartation, and to be commissioned for what lies ahead.

Harvest School of Mission Glastonbury
The Harvest School of Mission Glastonbury is a full-time 2 month mission school with teaching and practical outreach, modelling the Iris Core Values and DNA. It is also a requirement for serving long term in any Iris Global locations.
This is a missions training school that equips you to stop for the one and believe for the multitudes.
Our priority for you is to encounter God so you will be forever changed. The Iris movement was birthed out of encounters that people had with Jesus. These encounters empowered people to live lives of deep connection with Jesus, and compelled people to go to the darkest places, with Him, to reach the lost there. This is what the school is all about.
This is what you can expect.
Classes:
Enter into the presence of God by ministering to his heart through worship and prayer, then receive teaching, ministry, and practical tools from real life missionaries who are laid-down lovers of Jesus.
Outreach:
Put your new evangelism tools into practice as we enter into the field as harvest workers, following the Holy Spirit as he leads us towards ministering to the lost and broken.
Intimacy with God:
Imagine sitting on an English hillside or overlooking a sparkling Welsh sea as you give your yes to God’s constant invitation: “Come away with Me! Come spend time with Me!”
Curriculum Highlights:
Our specialised topics are revival, shifting atmospheres, freeing captives, revival finances, and freedom from witchcraft/cults and new age.
Our curriculum includes in-depth teachings on evangelism, discipleship, deliverance, healing, cross-cultural ministry, and much more.
The cost:
Cost £3000 and £200 non refundable deposit.
We are a traveling school and will be in 3 different countries of the UK. Because of this, there are a number of parts to the school.

Iris Glastonbury works in one of the darkest spiritual places in the UK. Glastonbury today is full of new age and witchcraft shops and practices, but the area used to be a place where people travelled to meet with God. God wants His kids back. It is time to love the hell out of these people. It is time for the area to return again to being a place of Jesus encounters, healing, deliverance and transformation.
Why is the school in 3 countries?
The school will be in 3 countries (England, Wales, and Scotland), gleaning from the revivals of the past to prepare for the next big revival across the world.
These countries are all in the UK and are known historically for massive revivals and the sending place of thousands of missionaries.

Bilingual School.
Our school is in 2 languages (English and Portuguese, with translation. This is to make space for people coming from the revival in Brazil. Our heart is to train Europeans to go to the nations and for Brazilians to come to train how to be a missionary in Europe. We benefit from the cross-cultural experience and the fire and joy that Brazilians bring. It will be an incredible chance to learn a language if you want to, and make great friends with people from completely different cultures to yours.
IRIS GLOBAL.
Iris Global is a Christian missionary organization led by Heidi and Rolland Baker, driven by the love of God and dedicated to serving the poor and vulnerable.
Its primary mission is to seek the face of God, glorifying Him and delighting in His presence.
Iris Global originating in Mozambique and expanding to many nations with a core message of love and "stopping for the one" in need.
The Bakers (the founders of Iris Global) are at the forefront of a massive outpouring of the Holy Spirit in Mozambique and southeastern Africa that has seen thousands come to Jesus with over 10,000 churches planted and 1000s of children adopted.

The vision
I had a vision of a frozen heart and God saying,
“I put my fire in you, to go and wake up the English heart for revival.” This was 10 years ago and I didn’t have a passport, I wasn’t married and couldn’t speak English. But what I had already seen in Brazil was 100s of people who were in dark situations come to know Jesus and be set free. So I believed God.
I am now married to an English woman and have an English passport and speak very good English.
We have planted an Iris location amongst people coming out of witchcraft and new age, we have a church and a prayer room and we are constantly training people how to stop for the one and share Jesus.

My whole life was always about revival, I encountered God powerfully when I was 14 and spent my life running to the places of revival to see God do the things I had read about in the bible. We now regularly see healings, salvations and miracles and love helping others step into their destinies where they see the same.

Conditions.
Our school is for those over 18 years old.
We can offer a few places to accommodate families.
We have accommodation in dormitories separated by gender
2 meals a day are provided in the school fees.
Preparing your own food (apart from breakfast) is not allowed.
We do not have capacity to cater for special diets.
We will have times of fasting, which you can participate in but if you choose to eat on those days you will have to organise your own food.
Upon approval, you commit to participate for the entire duration of the school.

Arrival
Please arrange your arrival to Street, Somerset England (town next to Glastonbury) for 1st June 2026.
School program starts at 7pm 1st June.
One pick up will be made to Bristol airport and one pick up will be made to Heathrow airport at an extra cost if you need it. You will need to book this with us in advance if you need to.
If not then there are many different options for transport.

or from Bristol
Departure
We will leave the school in
Glasgow, Scotland. You are responsible for transport home from there.
The main airport serving Glasgow is called
Glasgow International Airport (IATA: GLA).
We will provide transport to this airport on the morning of 31st July.
Any other transport you will have to organise yourself.
Flixbus does the cheapest coach from Glasgow to London (Victoria bus station) but please note that it takes between 9-12 hours. so you might need to book your flight for the next day and find somewhere to stay in London at your own cost.

Things to Pack
There is no washing machine at the location and nowhere to dry clothes,
so bring enough clothes for 2 weeks and then we will allow time to go to the laundry regularly.

- England, Wales and Scotland are known for their unpredictable weather with rain and cold even in the summer so you need to be aware of this when packing.

Allow plenty of time to fill this in. The form requests personal information, testimonies, and references. Make sure to fill out all sections carefully and truthfully.
A £200 non refundable application fee must be paid within 10 days of receiving the acceptance letter. This fee is required to secure your spot at the school and is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
We will carefully pray and review your application and references and contact you if more information is needed. Please be patient as this process, it may take some time.
We like to get to know you first to make sure that this school is right for you in this season.
If you are accepted into the school, you will receive an acceptance email with a link to the portal which will have all the other information you need.
It is very important for all students to read the information carefully and regularly check the portal for updates.
The remaining payment details will be provided on the portal. A direct transfer to Iris Glastonbury bank account will be the cheapest option for you but we have stripe payment too.
